What are gogetter™ Gears? – …for the Inspired, Patient & Sweaty

We believe education never stops. The only question — is your education leading to a better place or worse?

We invite educators to create very short lessons (we call them gears), in monthly installments. These are 10-20 minutes lessons including the review and test time. Passing the test will keep your gogetter™ Certification active.

…but we are still very much in the experimenting & iterating stage!

The first gear is the gogetter™ education. Ten lessons around trust, accountability and modeling. Completion earns your intial gogetter™ Certification, the foundation on which everything else will build.

You may then choose to add additional gears around other personal development areas. This is not about hard skills, it’s about soft skills; think communication, motivation, storytelling, problem-solving, curiosity, etc.

At the moment, your gogetter™ seal has 5 possible states;
[training – completed less than 10 lessons]
[active – completing monthly lessons normally]
[resting – missed less than 2 months]
[quit – missed more than 2 months]
[retired – quit after level 50 or greater]

Many of us will build large gear sets that create incredibly valuable strong relationships around us! … personal, team, business, community, etc
